Project management services

Winning a grant is not the end of the road, it is only the first step in implementing a project.It is certainly so that applicants to tender have two chances to celebrate: one is when they win a grant and the other, perhaps even bigger happiness, is when the project is successfully finalized.

We often hear about application writers that virtually disappear after collecting their success fee. They are either unavailable for project management or charge a huge amount for such services. For us, however, it is self-evident that besides helping our clients to win the wanted resources we also assist them along the way till the end of the project.

It is of key importance to us to establish a trust based relationship with our clients. In line with this objective we do not limit project management to writing payment applications and project progress reports but provide continuous project consultancy services.

Some grant schemes allow external project management costs to be charged. In such cases our management services are integrated in the project in the manner and amount agreed with the client. If that is not an option, we make a separate offer for project management.
